Persian Rice & Kabob

This is a delicious savory meal that is fashioned after a traditional Persian dish called ‘Kabob Polo’. The base of my kabob is ground veggies, beans, rice, oats and nuts. Mixed together with the right spices and seasoning, the combination makes a fabulous savory dish
Directions
Begin with using your milk maker machine to grind frthe Golden Milk and save the remainder of the root juice for another recipe here. After grinding the roots with water in the nut milk machine, strain the juice to remove pulp.
Next, use the same machine to make cashew milk. You can add coconut flakes too, if you like a thick creamy milk. ½ cup of cashew nuts to four cups of water. If you decide to put in coconut flakes, use ¼ cup with the ½ cup cashews.
Again, after grinding the nuts with water in the nut milk Next add the spices: cinnamon, cardamon, white pepper
Then, add maple syrup and vanilla.
Certainly, you can adjust the spices and sweetener to taste by adjusting amounts and dial it in perfectly for your own taste buds.

- 3 cups cashew milk
- 1 cup root juice (turmeric and ginger)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
